Training cancellation policy
What to do when your plans change.
You can rearrange your booked training without having to cancel – just contact us to discuss.
Changing the number of attendees
There is no additional charge applicable for increasing or reducing the number of attendees (other than the per-attendee course fee). We will issue any applicable refunds after the course has been delivered.
If you reduce the number of confirmed attendees below the minimum attendance required for the course, we will confirm you wish to cancel your booked course, and a cancellation charge will apply (see table below).
Rescheduling to a new date
There is no additional charge for rescheduling to a new date, however we may charge a discretionary administration fee if the course date is rearranged more times than we consider reasonable in the circumstances.
We will not offer a refund for confirmed attendees that do not attend the training session. At our discretion, we may offer them a different date to attend the same training course.
Cancelling a live training session
After booking an in-person or remote training session, you may cancel your booking if you require.
We will deduct a cancellation charge from your refund at the following rates:
|30+ days before session:||no charge|
|15-30 days before session:||10% of training fee|
|8-14 days before session:||25% of training fee|
|2-7 days before session:||50% of training fee|
|0-1 day before session:||100% of training fee|
Cancelling a pre-recorded training session
We will refund pre-recorded training sessions in full if you ask us to, providing we have not already sent you your unique access link to watch the content.
We will not refund pre-recorded training sessions after access is granted to a course.
