Whether we’ve been helping you to create new products, set up your product processes, help you find your first product manager, mentor, train or write for you, on behalf of us all at Product People Limited, I would like to extend to you my warmest wishes for the festive season and all the best for 2015.
2014 has been a particularly busy year, and it’s been immensely rewarding for us to work with such a diverse range of companies.
Some of our highlights from the year have been:

Joining BBC Future Media for three months to help its team to deliver a major upgrade to its internal publishing system
Mentoring the managing director and product owner of Shortlist Nigeria over several months, through from initial concept to successful launch of her minimum viable product
Training dozens more students in product management, usability and minimum viable product (MVP) best practice through General Assembly
Teaching scores of attendees from the BBC and Government Digital Services (GDS) about Data-Driven Decision-Making through BBC Academy with Nic Newman and Associates
Helping eWise to determine its new brand strategy and messaging, and joining its team for for three months to help deliver its new personal finance management product
Working with What Users Do to mentor its new product manager and to define product strategy
Coaching Parrish Blake on product delivery
Coaching Saberr‘s team on agile product delivery and helping them to interview their first full-time product manager
