How we helped Forto
Forto had a team of product managers, some of whom were associate product managers relatively new to the role. With no head of product community hired yet, the product team was reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer.
Forto entrusted the personal and professional development of their associate product managers to our experienced coaches at Product People. Over the course of nine months, we held regular one-to-one coaching sessions with each of the associate product managers.
We used each session to review progress since the last session, introduce new skills, and work through specific tasks or challenges where guidance was needed.
As with all coaching sessions, these were conducted in strictest confidence to ensure a safe space for the associate product managers.
